The 2CV Cabinet is Complete with Repurposed Retro Auto Parts

You don't have to be a car lover to appreciate the design of the 2CV Cabinet. This playful piece was inspired by the one and only Citroën 2CV, flaunts a pair of parts directly from that vintage model, and exudes a wonderful whimsicality in the process.

Jeroen Wesselink of the Netherlands crafted a curvaceous shelving unit that tapers towards the bottom and forms a big soft arch across the top. The interior space is separated by two ledges and one central divider to provide six cubbies in total.

Two blue doors are hinged to the front of the white storage system, both opening outwards. The windows expose whatever's stashed in the upper compartments of the 2CV Cabinet, and conceal the possessions in the lower ones.
