2016 Branding Begins

I happily accept that the UK logo for the 2012 Olympics is beyond bad. To be honest, the only person who does not seem to hate it is the designer. Oh, and his mom. And maybe there's someone else on the planet that doesn't ridicule it, but they don't live in the UK.

So with Beijing out of the way, the seven cities on the short list for the 2016 Olympics have their logos ready to go. Is it just me or does 2016 seem eons away?
