The UAX Studio Looks More Like Public Washrooms than a Living Space

Looking at the UAX Studio, I'm sure you also see the resemblance to public washrooms found in parks and such. Yet upon further inspection, I couldn't be more wrong. Its minimalist design and simplicity engages its surroundings by contrasting almost severely with it.

Designed by Kamil Mrva Architects, the UAX Studio functions both as a work and living space. Formerly a farm, it was reconstructed for the modern family. Using natural materials, the severity of its design is softened considerably.
