The Parachute Holds 10 Socially Useful Tools in One

The Parachute—aptly named for its life-saving qualities—is 10 commonly used tools in one, with everything from a can opener to a seat belt or hook cutter.

The curvy, teardrop-shaped tool is a design by Jeff Morin and has already attained its Kickstarter campaign goal. The stainless steel Parachute tool measures 3.5 inches in height and 2 inches in width, with a thickness of 4 mm. The Parachute comes with a large belt loop hanger that incises through the tool. The other nine tool options include a scraper for ice, rust or dirt, a can opener, a seatbelt cutter, a two-inch ruler, flat screwdriver, bottle opener, a half-inch, quarter-in and 5mm hex wrenches, a 1.5 inch saw blade and a keychain hole.

The sleek and slim design makes it applicable for both the outdoors and in important social settings, such as being the go-to person for opening beer bottles.
