Professional Cuddling Services

Hess Charges $60 an Hour for Cuddling, Spooning and Snuggling

Studies have shown that cuddling for just 10 minutes per day is actually healthy as it can help reduce the risk of heart disease, lower blood pressure, stress and anxiety. Portland-based 29-year-old founder of ‘CuddleUpToMe.com’ Samantha Hess has found this niche market and is now working as a professional cuddler. Being situated in Portland, a place well known to welcome and receive weird and novel ideas, she has found that it has been relatively easier to set up shop.

There is no specific gender to which she caters to; all men and women are welcome to the service. She charges up to $35 per half an hour, $60 per hour for spooning, hugging or snuggling. For $300 she will spend the night with you in a completely platonic kind of way. Hess stipulates that there doesn’t need to be any kind of adult relationship and isn’t supposed to be seen as sexual, it is a great way to keep that human connection with somebody and can also be beneficial to your health -- mentally and physically.
