Yogurt Container Lights

The Recycled Plastic ‘Petit Yogourt' Lamp Makes Empties Gl

The Petit Yogourt lamp was born out of a cut and paste, plastic recycling project. The designer was attempting to create new value out of used packaging. This unique globe measures 40cm in diameter and emits a soft glow due to the orange and yellow plastic yogurt containers.

If the aim of the project was to add new value to old packaging, then the Petit Yogourt lamp has been a smashing success as it now retails for $140.
