"Send It On" by the Jonas Brothers & Miley Cyrus for Project Green

Disney stars Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez, and the Jonas Brothers have teamed together for Disney’s ‘Friends for Change: Project Green’ with their environmentally-friendly song ‘Send it On.’

The song was released Wednesday on iTunes and is quickly racing up the charts. As they sing about change with lyrics like "Just one that can heal another, be apart, reach a heart, just one spark starts a fire," the Disney heartthrobs are hoping to spark initiative among their fans.
