Right smack in the middle of Shenzhen in Hong Kong is an enormous vegetable garden called 'Landgrab City.' The garden is part of a sustainability project aimed at helping residents to visualize the amount of food required to feed 4.5 million people, which also happens to be the total surrounding population.
Vast amounts of land are currently being turned into upper class agriculture compounds. The Landgrab City project also hopes to put an end to food scarcity and change international food policies.
