Shared Seat Chairs

Greene Ave. Bench Makes Group Seating of Separate Pieces

The idea of used furnishings may not appeal to a number of people, but should scoffers set eyes on the Greene Ave. Bench Collection, I'm fairly certain most would change their views.

Creatives from 31 & Change have come up with a very extraordinary way of rescuing cast off seating from curbs and junkyards. Unique wooden chairs are stripped own, separated from their scuffed and split seats, and merged with two other completely different models to produce a pieces of seating that can accommodate up to three people.

The red repainted frames of the individual chairs find a new home on either side of of a smooth pale hickory plank. It looks to me like the Greene Ave. Bench Collection could give each abandoned chair a well-loved second life.
