The Minimalist Gold Fish Table Houses Hand-Crafted Realistic-Looking Fish

In this video, Viccarbe demonstrates the process taken to create the Up In The Air table (a.k.a Gold Fish Table) designed by Ramón Úbeda and Otto Canalda. This table adds a unique charm to any room without the need to add decorative pieces.

The table is constructed out of resin and hand-crafted fish. The hand-crafted fish appear as if they are swimming in water, however, the table only gives off the impression that the fish are either swimming or floating. It is a polished cylindrical stand that contains imitations of gold fish at the top of the table. The silicone covering the Gold Fish Table is protected from UV light in order to maintain the longevity of the product. Also, to prevent reflective interference from the external environment, the Gold Fish Table glass is made out of anti-reflective material.

This Gold Fish Table is a great conversation starter; in addition, the Gold Fish Table engages its users by offering an enjoyable, tranquil waiting experience.
