Bound to startle more than a few passersby, the project is all about [giving more life to trees](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/highwood-installation). Often discreetly placed within nature, the unlikely faces are sometimes difficult to spot but provide a huge impact. Inspired by the "[beauty and decay of nature](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/seed-stories)," according to the site, this is [street art](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/enigmatic-graffiti) with a strong message about the environment. Perhaps giving a face to trees is, by extension humanizing them, and giving the environment a voice of its own. No matter the true meaning of the Tree Project, this is an undeniably intriguing concept executed with great style and artistic ability. Magical, with a touch of eeriness, this project is an inspiring movement by a motivated group of people. Street art lovers will surely be on the lookout for what's to come from Zonenkinder Collective. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.7/10 - Popularity: 39% | Activity: 34% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, South America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Eco](https://www.trendhunter.com/eco) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Tree Art:** The 'Tree Project' by Zonenkinder Collective showcases the trend of creating subtle and impactful artwork on trees, which can inspire similar creative expressions. - **Nature-inspired Street Art:** The 'Tree Project' demonstrates the trend of using nature as a canvas for artistic expression, presenting opportunities for street artists to explore unique outdoor art installations. - **Humanizing Nature:** The Tree Project trend emphasizes the concept of humanizing trees and the environment, highlighting potential opportunities for businesses to develop environmentally-conscious campaigns or products that foster a stronger connection between people and nature. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Street Art:** The Tree Project aligns with the street art industry, offering opportunities for artists and businesses to collaborate on projects that blend art and nature. - **Outdoor Advertising:** The trend of incorporating artwork on trees opens up possibilities for the outdoor advertising industry to explore innovative ways of promoting brands and messages in a visually captivating and eco-friendly manner. - **Eco-friendly Product Design:** The concept of humanizing trees through the Tree Project trend presents opportunities for companies in the product design industry to create eco-friendly products that encourage a deeper connection with nature and promote sustainability. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Statement Street Art](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/surreal-street-art-1.md) - [Nature-Inspired Installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/humannature-1.md) - [Artful Elevated Timber Treehouses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/secret-camp.md) - [Resin Gravity Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-great-tree.md) - [Inflatable Vibrant Art Installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/forest-dancer.md) - [Distorted Furniture Street Art](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/first-kiss-at-last-light.md) - [Interactive Mountain Oracles](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/whispering-mountains.md) - [Air-Purifying Tree Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/treeone.md) - [Folk Creature Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fibredog.md)
