# Sleek Portable Air Recliners The ZLounger Folds Compact but Supports Like a Classic Recliner By Amy Duong | Published 2025-08-31 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/zlounger References: [yankodesign](https://www.yankodesign.com/2025/08/31/using-air-to-build-how-inflatable-design-is-revolutionizing-habitable-spaces-and-product-design/) The ZLounger folds like a yoga mat yet supports your body like a refined recliner. This ergonomic air lounger compresses into a slim roll before expanding into an S-shaped chair that cradles the spine and delivers supportive comfort. Designed by Johannes Faure-Brac and backed through [Kickstarter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/camping-chair), it balances portability with lounge-style ease, creating a product that adapts to both outdoor adventure and quiet relaxation. Inflation takes less than a minute with a pump, and its materials combine vinyl-coated polyester on the outside with high-strength mesh inside for durability against moisture, sunlight, and frequent use. Adjustable to both reclining and flat positions, the lounger works well on patios, pool decks, campsites, or even yachts. Weighing 4.6 kilograms, it folds into a compact size and comes with a shoulder strap and repair kit.
