# Clever Switch Stickers Ziemowit Maj Brings Colorful Fun to Light Switches By Meghan Young | Published 2010-07-27 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ziemowit-maj References: [whitezine](http://www.whitezine.com/en/design/vinyl-switch.html) & [behance.net](http://www.behance.net/gallery/vinyls-electricity-series/497876) I don't know anyone who would not appreciate Ziemowit Maj's succinctly named 'Vinyls' collection. Featuring vinyl wall decals that are specifically designed for light switches, they are absolutely adorable, and not to mention clever. Colorful and bright, Ziemowit Maj's 'Vinyls' stickers bring a little fun and humor to an automatic gesture and an otherwise overlooked part of the wall. My favorite one has to be the laid-back man reading a newspaper. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.6/10 - Popularity: 98% | Activity: 93% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 30% men, 70% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Decorative Light Switch Covers:** There is an opportunity for decorative light switch sticker collections aimed at adults with more sophisticated design options. - **Customizable Home Accessories:** The trend for personalized home decorations offers innovation potential for custom, made-to-order light switch stickers. - **Smart Home Integration:** Smart home technology adaptations could offer opportunities for light switch stickers that correspond to different lighting modes or levels. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Interior Design:** Interior designers could take advantage of the growing trend for decorative light switch stickers to create unique and eye-catching designs. - **Home Decor:** Home decor companies could branch out into personalized and customizable light switch stickers to appeal to consumers looking for unique home accessories. - **Smart Home Technology:** Companies in the smart home technology industry could integrate light switch stickers that correspond to different lighting modes or levels to offer a recognized and easily differentiated user experience. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Renter-Friendly Wallpaper Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/renter-friendly-wallpaper.md) - [Socket-Concealing Light Switches](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/l1-switch-system.md) - [Easy-to-Install Outlet Covers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/switch-plate-set.md) - [Luxuriously Artistic Light Switches](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/light-switches1.md) - [Funky Colorful Storage Units](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/colorful-storage-units.md) - [Smiley Clothing Wall Hooks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/itsahook.md) - [Low-Cost Smart Light Switches](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wyze-switch.md) - [Modern Affordable Wall Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/poplight-wall-light.md) - [Instrument-Inspired Wall Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/louis-collection-by-sara-schoenberger.md)
