The establishment is located in the new [Ritz-Carlton Hotel](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/caf-and-wine-bar) and it opened to the public in July 2022. Occupying 3,000 square feet of ground, the interior of Zaytinya NYC definitely captures the attention of visitors right from the get-go. The striking space was designed by the New York-based studio [Rockwell Group](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/japanese-and-spanish-design) which drew inspiration from the Mediterranean coast. As a result, the interior boasts a lot of beautiful elements such as the blue glass discs that adorn the wall behind the bar.
