# Spacious Simplistic Showers Zahir Khan Designs an Uncomplicated Bathroom Concept By Deborah Kim | Published 2011-07-27 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/zahir-khan References: [designbuzz](http://www.designbuzz.com/entry/minimalism-wrong-bathroom-concept-zahir-khan-simple/) & [hypnotikart.daportfolio](http://hypnotikart.daportfolio.com/about/) If what you need is a luxurious bathroom, then check out this simple yet spacious shower by Zahir Khan. The shower is perfect for anyone looking for an open and uncluttered space. The shower unit sits in the center of the bathroom so that the user can easily enter and access the bath and shower set. The unit lacks two walls and a door, which is great for anyone that really loves the freedom that an open concept design allows. The two-walled shower might sound strange, but in Zahir Khan's bathroom concept, the shower is doubled in width so that the area outside of the bathroom won't get wet. This simple shower design is the perfect unit for anyone looking for a clean and orderly space. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.7/10 - Popularity: 70% | Activity: 62% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Home](https://www.trendhunter.com/home) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Open Concept Design:** Opportunity for innovative bathroom designs that prioritize open and uncluttered spaces. - **Simplistic Showers:** Potential for minimalist shower units that prioritize functionality and cleanliness. - **Luxurious Bathrooms:** Demand for bathroom designs that offer a sense of luxury and elegance. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Interior Design:** Opportunity for interior designers to create innovative bathroom concepts that incorporate open concept designs. - **Home Improvement:** Potential for home improvement companies to offer minimalist shower units that provide functionality and style. - **Hospitality:** Demand for luxurious bathrooms in hotels and resorts, providing an opportunity for hospitality businesses to create elegant and inviting spaces. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Utility-Focused Bathroom Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/showdown-system.md) - [Demure Hand Shower Faucets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bell-jar-shower-head.md) - [Pressure-Sensitive Shower Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/smart-shower-concept.md) - [Sharp Ultra-Slender Shower Heads](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/antoniolupi-tubo.md) - [Japanese Design Shower Heaters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hitachi-shower-heater.md) - [Modern Modular Shower Organizers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-spot.md) - [Luxurious Paired-Back Bathroom Accessories](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pairedback-bathroom.md) - [Modern Square-Shaped Showerhead Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/showerhead-designs.md) - [Cutting-Edge Bathroom Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bathroom-design1.md)
