Zac Posen designs have always been a little flashy, but this purplefied duplex at 16 West 21st Street takes the cake for outrageous. The [nine-unit silver building](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/highdensity-residential-design) is a collaboration between Posen and Morris Adjimi and will be finishing construction soon.

For $4 million, the Zac Posen designs on the 10th and 11 floor are available fully furnished, excluding Posen's personal collection of artwork. The prices range from $1.8 million to $6 million, and range from a two-bedroom up to a [triplex penthouse](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/40-ph).
