The Yours to Care For project simply and creatively converts plastic straws into vases. Of course, these [slim flower vessels](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/navazi) are fit for nothing more than a single stem, but it shows just how creative people can get when it comes to [upcycling and recycling](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/basket-sculptures). In fact, there is a charming aesthetic to the Yours to Care For vases, lending flower arrangement (or lack thereof) a more stark artistic quality.

Created by Liane Rossler and Sarah Kings of Supercyclers, a collaborative group they co-founded last year, the Yours to Care For project is just one of many sustainable and eco-friendly endeavors they have undertaken. Based in Sydney, Australia, they recognize the devastating effects plastic can have on the world. They figure out fun and imaginative ways to alleviate its [ecological damage](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sodastream-sustainability-concierge).
