Meatless Farm Partners with Equinom to Deliver Yellow Pea Protein

Equinom, an Israeli plant-based nutrition company, will be partnering with [Meatless Farm](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/filled-pastas) and its ingredients subsidiary, [Lovingly Made Ingredients](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/canadian-food-industry) to create [yellow pea protein](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/texturizing-pea-protein). The new partnership will deliver up to 50% more protein in the grain, helping to reduce Lovingly Made Ingredients’ carbon footprint. This is especially noteworthy as yellow pea is one of the fastest-growing sources of protein in the plant-based market with an expected global worth of $140 billion by 2029.

In addition, the brand announced plans to l release its first limited edition pea concentrate to selected leading food manufacturers in an effort to make the alternative meat industry healthier, cleaner, and more valuable.
