The Yas Hotel is part of the $36 billion marina development project. The 500-room hotel covers 85,000 square meters, and Asymptote Architecture says it will “redefine luxury and modern architecture.” The Yas Hotel's curved forms are made of finished steel with 5,800 [diamond-shaped panels](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/villa-miami) that swivel.
