The company specializes in taking ordinary homes and transforming them into complex works of art through interesting methods that are anything but conventional. This specific design sees woven rope used as a form of adornment on the [front of a structure in Spain](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-1627) and is amongst many other locations that have received similar treatment. Other outrageous design inspirations they've drawn include tree trunks with blocks carved out to repurpose the piece of timber as stairs. It's all about bringing a new aesthetic to the spaces and XPIRAL does a job that not many would usually be given the task of doing and not something many would opt to have done. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.8/10 - Popularity: 30% | Activity: 46% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Architecture](https://www.trendhunter.com/architecture) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Complex Home Transformations:** XPIRAL specializes in turning ordinary homes into complex works of art, providing an opportunity for disruptive innovation in the home renovation industry. - **Creative Use of Materials:** By using woven rope as a form of adornment, XPIRAL demonstrates a unique approach to design, offering disruptive innovation opportunities in the materials and construction industries. - **Unconventional Design Inspirations:** Taking inspiration from unusual sources like tree trunks repurposed as stairs, XPIRAL opens up disruptive innovation possibilities in architectural and interior design industries. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Home Renovation:** XPIRAL's complex home transformations present disruptive innovation opportunities in the traditional home renovation industry. - **Materials:** The creative use of woven rope by XPIRAL suggests disruptive innovation potentials in the materials industry, specifically for unique construction materials. - **Architecture and Design:** XPIRAL's unconventional design inspirations offer disruptive innovation prospects in the architecture and interior design industries, encouraging new approaches to space aesthetics. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Figure 8-Structured House](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-loop-house.md) - [Interwoven Nature Screen Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/woven-house.md) - [History-Rooted Urban Renovations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-sofia.md) - [Snake-Resembling Sculptural Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/chuzhi.md) - [Bold Architectural Renovations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flat-iron-house.md) - [Eccentrically Designed Historic Penthomes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/crina-arghirescu-rogard.md) - [Playful Apartment Makeovers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/onda-apartment.md) - [Nature-Inspired Urban Art Installations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kriskadecor-1.md) - [Sculptural Inverted Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/a-house-with-an-inverted-roof.md)
