The apartment is divided in a thoughtful manner, separating private areas from the public. The flooring is made from a sleek polished concrete, giving the entire space a loft-like feel. Adding gray hues around the home that transition up the plastered walls, the design team created a dramatic arched ceiling that is a centerpiece of the home. The kitchen features rich wood panels and a bronze island that adds to the rustic aesthetic. The new Xindian House by KC Studio was intricately designed to create a one-of-a-kind living space that is comfortable and unique. Image Credit: [Hey!
