It is designed by legendary high-end yacht, car and motorbike designer Eduard Gray, and is essentially a 70 meter trimaran powered by a [diesel-electric hybrid system](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hybrid-jet-ski-yacht). It includes fast-charging engine batteries, and can operate solely on battery for hours. The design includes a huge restaurant, conference venue, lounge areas, catwalk and [fashion show facilities](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-louis), in addition to a disco, bar, casino and nightclub. The highlight of the Xhibitionist is a massive deployable platform stashed at the front of the craft. This four-piece platform can be unfolded to provide space for three helicopters, or as a stage area for bands and live performances. Construction on the Xhibitionist is set to begin soon and will take 18 to 24 months. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.1/10 - Popularity: 74% | Activity: 71% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Autos](https://www.trendhunter.com/autos) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Luxury Party Yachts:** Opportunities for high-end yacht designers to target wealthy individuals looking for extravagant party experiences while on the water. - **Hybrid Yachting:** Opportunities for yacht manufacturers to incorporate more environmentally friendly and sustainable power sources into their designs. - **Multipurpose Yachts:** Opportunities for yacht designers to incorporate versatile features into their designs, such as restaurants, conference venues, and stage areas for live performances. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Yacht Building:** Innovation opportunities in yacht production and design, including eco-friendlier technologies and versatile multipurpose layouts. - **Event Planning:** Opportunities to tap into a high-end market and cater to clients who seek extravagant parties at sea and unique experiences aboard luxury yachts. - **Music and Entertainment:** Opportunities to collaborate with yacht designers to stage events aboard high-end yachts, targeting those looking for unique performance venues. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Vintage-Style Yacht Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/explorer-yacht-exo-144.md) - [Tech-Packed Yacht Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hyper-concept-yacht.md) - [Extreme Environment Yacht Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/75ft-explorer-sailing-yacht.md) - [Mono-Hulled Yacht Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/shadowcat-shadowolf.md) - [Hybrid Propulsion Yacht Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fluyt-yacht-concept.md) - [Opulent Ultra-Exclusive Yachts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/aman-amangati-yacht.md) - [Ultra-Opulent Razor-Like Yachts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/unique-71-superyacht.md) - [Hyper-Luxury Submersible Superyachts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/migaloo-m5-superyacht.md) - [Hollow Decked Superyachts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/icaria-superyacht.md)
