NASCAR driver Tomy Drissi is coming out with a 'Straight Outta Compton' race car for the Xfinity series. Inspired by the hip-hop group [N.W.A.'s](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/straight-outta-crumpton) upcoming biopic, Drissi's car will have the movie's title and release date plastered across its body.

While it may seem like an unlikely partnership, [race cars and hip hop](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/3000gt-vr4) actually do have more in common than just scantily clad females. The partnership of NASCAR and hip-hop can be seen growing in the past couple of years. For instance, 50 Cent teamed up with Swan Racing to promote Beats-by-Dre in 2014 and J. Cole appeared on the February 2015 issue of ESPN Magazine with [NASCAR driver Dale Earnhardt Jr](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/datetona-at-daytona-500).

The Straight Outta Compton Xfinity series car will appear at the Watkins Glen and Mid-Ohio races and the corresponding movie it is promoting will be in theaters on August 14th.
