The Israeli-invented X-Hawk VTOL (Vertical takeoff and landing) craft, now being jointly developed with [Bell](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/assault-copter-dragonfly) helicopter, will debut as a 12-man troop transporter that will reach 155 m.p.h. (250 km/h) and climb to 12,000 ft. (3,700 m).

**Implications** - The aviation craft takes the form of a [aerial vehicle](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/star-walkers), so it has a futuristic look you'd see in movies. In size, it can be compared to a small van. The benefit of the X-Hawk is its ability to maneuver in different places, including street level and the tops of buildings. The design shows [no exposed rotors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ems-drone), which means it's immune to electrical wires and obstacles when it's running. It can also fulfill a range of missions such as working with accidents and much more.
