The X Aperitivio collection houses a truly phenomenal design that may have you thinking you're eating your entrees off of the set of 'Dune.' Never before have I seen a wine rack that so closely resembles a death ray. The wine glasses are particularly stunning as they feature a sort of robotic amphibious creature look. The X Aperitivio collection was designed by the creative mind of Steven Ma who truly must be a kid at heart. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.3/10 - Popularity: 78% | Activity: 73% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Home](https://www.trendhunter.com/home) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Futuristic Design:** The X Aperitivio collection showcases futuristic design elements that can inspire the development of cutting-edge products in various industries. - **Sci-fi-inspired Dinnerware:** The X Aperitivio collection taps into the sci-fi aesthetic, presenting an opportunity for designers to create unique dinnerware with a futuristic twist. - **Robotic-inspired Glassware:** The robotic amphibious creature look of the wine glasses in the X Aperitivio collection opens up possibilities for innovation in glassware design and automation. ### Who This Affects Most - **Home Decor:** The futuristic design of the X Aperitivio collection can be leveraged in the home decor industry to create space-inspired furniture and decor items. - **Hospitality:** Hotels and restaurants aiming to offer a unique dining experience could incorporate sci-fi-inspired dinnerware like the X Aperitivio collection to captivate customers. - **Glass Manufacturing:** The unique robotic-inspired look of the X Aperitivio wine glasses presents an opportunity for glass manufacturers to explore new designs and production techniques. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Intergalactic-Themed Furnishings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/solar-sailor.md) - [Intergalactic-Inspired Lifestyle Products](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/spacio.md) - [Colorful Contemporary Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/stellar-works.md) - [Planetary-Inspired Glassware Capsules](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mars-collection.md) - [Space Tourism-Inspired Restaurants](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ichi-station.md) - [Maximalist UFO Coffee Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flying-saucer-coffee-table.md) - [Sci-Fi Show Drinking Vessels](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/corkcicle-x-star-wars.md) - [Sci-Fi Film Franchise Drinkware](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/picard-tea-cup-set.md) - [Anamorphic Fuzzy Glowing Vessels](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/alien-vases.md)
