Wearing fur clothing has never seemed so guilt-ridden as it does in the WWF Wonder World Fur ad campaign. A clever concept collaboratively put together by WWF France, Marcel and Publicis Argentina, it depicts a new clothing collection designed by Bouddica, a fictional name clearly inspired by Boudica the British warrior queen who fought against the Roman Empire.
Although the women in the WWF Wonder World Fur ad campaign appear as strong and fierce as this war queen, their companions are much more vulnerable. Captured standing alongside the animals from which their fur outfits are made out of, the campaign slogan is given more bite, "Beauty is a weapon."
The WWF Wonder World Fur ad campaign was shot by photographer Mark Seliger.
