The Wooly Eco-Friendly Cooler uses wool as insulation to keep drinks and food cool. It is commonly known that wool acts as a good insulating material to keep things warm, but it also works to keep things cool. Designed by Dave Nomura & Brook McLeod, this [outdoor cooler](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/coleman-pro-coolers) is free from chemical and foam insulants.

In addition to its alternative insulation, the Wooly is one of the only [recyclable coolers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/rugged-road-45-v2-cooler) on today's market. Made from an outer casing of aluminium and stainless steel, the cooler is free from plastic. Equipped with bamboo handles and a built-in charcuterie-board, all materials used to make the cooler are either biodegradable or recyclable. With an internal capacity of 78 regular beverage cans, the Wooly's double-wall insulation keeps the interior cold for three days.
