[Etsy](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/needledrop-coaster-set) user Christopherh designed the Wooden Pallet Coasters which is a set of wooden crates that have been miniaturized to a reasonable size for mugs. These are made from reclaimed lumber, so there's a nice eco-friendly aesthetic to them for those leaning towards a greener lifestyle. The coasters were put together with a waterproof glue with a semi-gloss clear coat finish. Four miniature legs with soft felt pads attached have also been added to keep the table from being scratched. The natural aesthetic of the Wooden Pallet Coasters will beautifully complement any home looking for something different. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.3/10 - Popularity: 22% | Activity: 10% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Drinking](https://www.trendhunter.com/drinking) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Reclaimed Wood Products:** Businesses can create new products by using reclaimed materials like wood. - **Eco-friendly Home Décor:** Companies can invest in products that embody an eco-friendly aesthetic and contribute to sustainable living. - **Upcycling:** Businesses can re-purpose old materials to create new and innovative products that reduce waste. ### Who This Affects Most - **Home Decor and Furnishings:** The home decor and furnishings industry can invest in using reclaimed or upcycled materials to create eco-friendly products. - **Sustainability:** Companies that focus on sustainability can incorporate similar eco-friendly products into their business practices. - **Craft and DIY:** The craft and DIY industry can create similar products by using reclaimed materials which can cater towards the eco-conscious customers. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Warm-Toned Marble Coasters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lusine-coasters.md) - [Smart Tabletop Coasters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/smart-tabletop-coaster.md) - [Cork Coaster-Integrated Coffee Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/polka-coffee-table.md) - [Turntable-Inspired Coaster Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/needledrop-coaster-set.md) - [Dual-Purpose Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dog-crate-and-end-table.md) - [Barbie-Inspired Coaster Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/barbieinspired-coaster-set.md) - [Topographical Recycled Coffee Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/two-coffee-tables.md) - [Unique Upcycled Serving Trays](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/recycled-wine-bottle-appetizer-tray.md) - [Wine-Storage Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/placemat-hightop-table.md)
