The entire structure incorporates bold open concepts with various sectioned-off bedrooms and out-of-house bathroom facilities. The ground level features bedrooms, bathrooms, a library and a garage. The first floor contains the large triangular master bedroom, a pool and [open concept living and dining areas](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/oak-house-1). This level of the house was built without the use of walls around the perimeter. The window-like walls allow the vast gardens to reach through the wall-free structure and bring foliage inside the house. This literal open concept design brings a fresh perspective to modern houses. The second and final floor simply contains bedrooms. This stunning wooden house is located in Bintaro, South Jakarta on a trapezoidal corner plot. Its breathtaking panoramic views of the vast landscapes provide an even more beautiful scene with no walls to distract the eye. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.8/10 - Popularity: 90% | Activity: 76% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Open Concept Design:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Explore new ways to create spacious and visually appealing homes by eliminating walls and incorporating open concepts. - **Triangular Architecture:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Incorporate unique triangular shapes into architectural designs to create visually striking and unconventional structures. - **Indoor-outdoor Integration:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Develop innovative technologies and materials that seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor spaces, enhancing the connection to nature. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Architecture and Construction:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Revolutionize traditional architectural practices and construction techniques to accommodate wall-free homes and different geometric shapes. - **Interior Design:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Rethink interior design principles to optimize the use of open spaces and create functional, aesthetically pleasing environments within wall-free homes. - **Smart Home Technology:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Develop smart home solutions that seamlessly integrate with open concept designs, enhancing convenience, comfort, and security. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Sustainable Cubic Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/appels-architekten.md) - [Geometric Structural Forest Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/c-house.md) - [Angled Concrete Forest Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/block-wall-house.md) - [Trapezoidal Concrete Forest Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ksa-studen.md) - [Curvaceous Privacy Wall Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kwk-promes-open-house.md) - [Privacy Enhanced Minimal Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-open-house-1.md) - [Unconventional Triangular Barnhouses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dutch-barnhouse.md) - [Pavilion-Style Art Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/galeria-house.md) - [A-Frame Forest Tranquil Houses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/prez-palacios-arquitectos-asociados.md)
