The 'Custom Shop El Mocambo' guitars comprise a Fender Stratocaster and a Fender Telecaster, each of which has a body constructed out of white pine sourced from the club's rafters and flooring following its renovation some years ago. Designed by Torontonian and [Fender Custom Shop](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/highend-guitar) master builder Ron Thorn, these striking wood guitars have Canadian maple necks, and a palm motif that is a clear nod to El Mocambo's signage and logo. Available as a pair for $25,000, these wood guitars are a fine example of the utility of [reclaimed wood](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cardboard-guitar-1) in being able to infuse nostalgia and meaning into [limited-edition guitars](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/les-paul-standard-models) without compromising on their quality.
