The lamp is inspired by Scandinavian design and consists of a [metal base and lampshade](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hilight-lumenforge) that are accented by [wooden finishings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/arc-lamp) that work to enable the lamp to be positioned as you require it. This is thanks to a sliding system that lets the [height and angle be changed](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ovo-lamp) before tightening the incorporated screws to keep the unit in place. The Tomons LED Multi-Angle Wood Desk Lamp comes in white and gray color options, and provides a crisp, clear illumination to ensure optimal lighting at all times of the day. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.3/10 - Popularity: 44% | Activity: 18% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Customizable Desk Lamps:** There is an opportunity for companies to create completely customizable desk lamps that cater to specific user needs. - **Scandinavian Design Inspired Lighting:** There is potential for businesses to create lighting products that take inspiration from Scandinavian design and appeal to those who desire a chic and minimalist aesthetic. - **LED Lighting Technology:** There is room for innovation in LED lighting technology to create products that provide optimal lighting while still being energy efficient and environmentally friendly. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Furniture:** Furniture companies can expand their product lines to include customizable desk lamps that appeal to consumers who value both functionality and design. - **Interior Design:** Interior design businesses can incorporate Scandinavian design principles into their products and services, including lighting options for their clients who desire a minimalist aesthetic. - **LED Lighting Manufacturing:** There is an opportunity for companies to invest in LED lighting technology research and development to create energy efficient and eco-friendly lighting products for the business and consumer market. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Dynamically Customizable Desk Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/illum-desk-light.md) - [Flexible Workstation Illuminators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/archflex-desk-lamp.md) - [Weighted Multi-Position Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/minimalist-desk-lamp-design.md) - [Multifunctional Desk Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-boring-lamp.md) - [Demure Designer Desk Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/designer-desk-lamp.md) - [Sophisticated Productivity Desk Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/benq-mindduo-2-table-lamp.md) - [Bamboo-Inspired Table Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/modular-desk-lamp.md) - [Fashionable Flicker-Free Desk Lights](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/shlight-led-desk-lamp.md) - [Tiltable Dimmable Lighting Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nod-lamp.md)
