Designed by Stefano Boeri Architetti in collaboration with MVSA Architects, the 104-meter structure rises in the Beurskwartier district as Europe’s first [vertical forest tower](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vertical-neighborhood) that opens its ground floor amenities to the public. The building’s greenery, comprising thousands of plants, creates a vertical ecosystem that brings nature into daily life. Inside, [mixed-use spaces include apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/volante), shared gardens, and a forest research hub that connects to a rooftop garden. This integration encourages community interaction while promoting health and sustainability. Set within the city’s pedestrianized core, Wonderwoods establishes a new model for [urban regeneration](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/office-national-des-forts) where biodiversity thrives at height and nature becomes part of the skyline. The tower marks a thoughtful evolution of the vertical forest concept, nurturing both people and plants in harmony.
