To celebrate female artists, Sailor Jerry is giving its winning apprentice $10,000 plus $500 in Kingpin Tattoo Supplies. It is also awarding the winner with rare volumes 1-3 of Norman Sailor Jerry Collins' flash books. Qualified apprentices can either enter the contest or be nominated by a friend or peer to win the prize.
