Keep any gadget that is just lying around and charging on top of this desk to keep them in a single, organized location. The detachable lid has a slot where all of the cables can run through with plenty of room inside to keep a [multi-outlet power strip](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/modular-power-strip-1). A small hole at the back allows for a single extension cord to connect to the wall. Designed to work seamlessly with multiple gadgets, the Hub Table is a convenient wire storage furniture solution for messy jumbled wires that could be a hazard if left in the open. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.9/10 - Popularity: 61% | Activity: 47% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/furniture) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Wire Concealment Furniture:** Disruptive innovation opportunities include innovative furniture designs that tackle wire clutter issues in a stylish and practical manner. - **Gadget-charging Desks:** Innovative desk designs that enable users to conveniently charge their gadgets and keep cables organized offer opportunities for disruption in the furniture industry. - **Smart Power Management:** There is an opportunity for smart power management solutions that not only keep cables organized but also reduce energy consumption and improve safety. ### Who This Affects Most - **Furniture:** The furniture industry could benefit from designs that cater to the increasing number of smart gadgets and technologies in the modern workplace and home. - **Technology:** Technological innovations that address the problem of wire clutter in homes and workplaces are likely to find a growing market of consumers. - **Home Improvement:** Opportunities exist for home improvement companies to provide smart and practical solutions for organizing cables and wires in a way that combines style and functionality. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Integrated Charging Hub Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/magpower-tables.md) - [Minimalist Modular Desk Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/console-desk.md) - [Minimalist Tech-Friendly Valet Boxes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/holme-hadfield-the-hub.md) - [Modular Cable Organizer Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cords.md) - [All-in-One Desk Organizers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cord-1.md) - [Illuminating Workstation Organizers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hexcal-studio.md) - [Flexible Connectivity Workstation Hubs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/desk-hub.md) - [Furniture-Embedded Discreet Charging Stations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/discreet-charging-station.md) - [Tech-Friendly Side Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nendo-twins-side-table.md)
