# Abundant Window House Designs FORMZERO's Building Boasts a Abstract Exterior with Natural Hits By Kalin Ned | Published 2018-03-08 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/window-house-design References: [archdaily](https://www.archdaily.com/889989/the-window-house-formzero) & [formzero.net](http://www.formzero.net/wp/2018/02/25/the-window-house/) The priority of the window house design by FORMZERO was to establish an intimate connection between the building itself and the reserved near-by Malaysian forest. The architects came up with an abstract framework with installed glass panes that were seemingly ambiguous, but entirely design-driven. The body of the building relies on an extra perforated concrete shell for "[thermal protection with cross ventilation](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ocean-eye)." The window house design allows for the interior to not only be exposed to natural light, but to also foster breathtaking scenic views from the inside and to foster a low-maintenance way of [integrating plants within the building's facade](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hedge-and-arbour-house). As one can see from the pictures, the elevation-varying vegetative components on the window house design make for an effortless natural embrace from an architectural point of view.
