# Movie Star Caravans Will Smith's Mobile Home is a Miniature Mansion By Olivia123 | Published 2011-05-16 | Autos Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/will-smith-mobile-home References: [dvice](http://dvice.com/archives/2011/05/revealed-inside.php#1) Holy house on wheels! This is one mobile home I'd be afraid to leave in a trailer park. Will Smith's mobile home is the opposite of everything you'd associate with a [tiny traveling trailer](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lume-caravan). The 55-foot road-riding beast is so enormous it's even been dubbed by Smith as The Heat. Nothing is cramped inside the roomy roadhouse, and it is luxuriously decorated with fancy features. This [monstrous mobile home](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/brabus-big-boy-1200) even goes a step further to include an entire second floor. A spiral staircase made of marble leads upstairs to the bedroom area of the home, which photos unfortunately don't depict. Will Smith's mobile home definitely allows him to travel comfortably and tastefully. This modern mobile definitely gives trailers a better reputation. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.7/10 - Popularity: 67% | Activity: 65% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Autos](https://www.trendhunter.com/autos) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Luxury Mobile Homes:** Opportunity for companies to create high-end mobile homes with luxurious features and spacious interiors. - **Expandable Mobile Homes:** Potential for innovative mobile homes that can expand or transform to provide additional living space. - **Multi-level Mobile Homes:** Potential for mobile homes with multiple levels, providing more living space and room for unique design elements. ### Where This Applies - **Recreational Vehicle (RV) Manufacturing:** Manufacturers can explore the production of luxury mobile homes to cater to high-end customers. - **Interior Design and Furnishings:** Opportunity for interior designers and furniture companies to create stylish and functional mobile home interiors. - **Construction and Engineering:** Innovative construction methods and engineering solutions can be developed to build expandable and multi-level mobile homes. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Oversized Luxurious Tiny Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/movable-roots-tiny-homes-manwaring.md) - [Recycled Material Mobile Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/contihome.md) - [Luxe Home-Like Travel Trailers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/living-vehicle-hd24.md) - [Refined Off-Grid Trailer Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/living-vehicle-gt39.md) - [Luxe Garage-Friendly Trailers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/concept-travel-trailer.md) - [Ultra-Luxe Beach Camper Caravans](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lusail-caravan.md) - [Bohemian Mobile Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tiny-birdy.md) - [Luxury Long-Term Travel Trailers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/living-vehicle-2024-hdpro.md) - [Space-Saving Tiny Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/levi-kelly.md)
