Tuna is an excellent source of protein and both [EPA](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/prevasive-botanical-disinfectant) and DHA omega 3 fatty acids, and [Wild Planet](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wild-planet) Tuna makes it easier for consumers to bring a serving of the healthy ocean fish with them wherever they go. Wild Planet Tuna is available in cans, but the seafood company has recently released [single-serving tuna pouches](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/light-tuna-packet-with-ghost-pepper) that make it easier and more convenient to take the protein anywhere.

Wild Planet's tuna pouches peel to open, and, at three ounces, they're the ideal size to put directly on a sandwich. The pouches also don't have any added liquid (as is the case with cans,) thus reducing the mess that might otherwise come with preparing a sandwich on the spot. Wild Planet recommends tossing a tuna pouche into one's gym bag to have a post-workout protein boost ready.
