This way, users are able to listen to their media for longer periods of time comfortably and without it digging into the ear. The case also hints that it may be able to charge the earbuds at a faster rate. Additionally, the charging status light is placed on the outside of the case. There is yet to be an official announcement and confirmation of the features as the images that are now circulating in public are only prototypes and may be subject to change when the official design hits the markets.
