Created by Sugar and Cloth, the DIY watercolor dessert is decorated with a food safe paint brush and gel food coloring. The bonus is you don't really need any artistic ability or painting skills to pull this design off -- just lots of different colors. This could be a great cake to make for a baby shower, especially if you use more food coloring for the inside to do a surprising [gender reveal](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cupcake-kit). Of course, the watercolor cake is suitable for a number of other occasions, from [birthdays to celebratory events](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wicked-celebration-cake). The 'Yay' cake topper is optional.
