Designed by the dutch firm NL Architects, the Water Wonen not only proposes [living on water](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/10m), but also the ability of water transportation. [Traditional houseboats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/garde-hvalse) are a static invention which seems silly since travel is so accessible on water. It depends on a tow boat to move. The Water Wonen hopes to eliminate this dependency. Take a look at the gallery for images, courtesy of Designboom.com, on how the Water Wonen hopes to achieve this.
