The Grow Hot-Water Bag is a conceptual design for a much more up-to-date water pad that can be used to [soothe the body from stress](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/am1), injury or muscle tension. The design makes up for the need to have someone hold the compress to the skin by adding on a belted strap so consumers can wear the bag while keeping their hands free. The design allows for [targeted application](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/targeted-pain-relief) without rendering the wearer immobile.

Suffering from a strain is never fun, but having to hold and apply pressure to the area only further renders the person unable to perform other activities. Designer Tahsin Emre Eke restructured the [hot water bottle design](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/heated-water-massage-system) to be flatter and longer to wrap around muscle and problem areas. The strap also allows the bottle to be secured in place and worn handsfree.
