With winter slowly turning into spring, these cookies provide a perfect transitional treat. The new Warm Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches from Baskin-Robbins consist of ice cream stuffed between two warm cookies and finished with toppings such as chocolate sprinkles and chopped almonds. Customers can choose from a number of different cookies, including White Chunk Macadamia Nut, Dark Chocolate Chunk, Double Fudge and Peanut Butter Chocolate. Customers can even choose a different cookie for the top and bottom if they just can't seem to decide. In addition to the new Warm Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches, the chain is also offering a Warm Cookie Sundae. This dish also features two warmed cookies accompanied by a scoop of sweet ice cream and flavored sauces. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.7/10 - Popularity: 65% | Activity: 39% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Food](https://www.trendhunter.com/food) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Warm Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches:** The trend of using warm cookies instead of chilled biscuits in ice cream sandwiches presents an opportunity for dessert brands to create a unique and indulgent dessert experience. - **Customizable Cookie Options:** The trend of allowing customers to choose from a variety of cookie flavors for their ice cream sandwiches opens up possibilities for customization and personalization in dessert offerings. - **Warm Cookie Sundaes:** The trend of serving warm cookies with ice cream and flavored sauces in a sundae format offers a nostalgic twist on the classic dessert and creates a new menu option for ice cream shops and dessert parlors. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Dessert Brands:** The trend of warm cookie ice cream sandwiches presents an opportunity for dessert brands to innovate and capture consumer interest by incorporating warm cookies into their product line. - **Dessert Customization Services:** The trend of customizable cookie options in ice cream sandwiches creates a potential market for dessert customization services that allow customers to mix and match cookie flavors to suit their preferences. - **Ice Cream Shops and Dessert Parlors:** The trend of warm cookie sundaes provides ice cream shops and dessert parlors with an opportunity to offer a unique and indulgent dessert option that combines the warmth of freshly baked cookies with the cold creaminess of ice cream. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Salted Fudge Ice Creams](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/skillet-cookie-crumble-ice-cream.md) - [Specialty Cookie-Packed Ice Creams](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cookies-in-ice-cream.md) - [Dipped Cookie Sandwiches](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dipped-cookie-sandwiches.md) - [Frozen Brownie Cookie Treats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/salted-caramel-ice-cream-sandwich.md) - [Cookie-Themed Ice Cream Menus](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cold-stone-creamery-summer-treats.md) - [Cooling Cookie Desserts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/insomnia-cookies-in-ice-cream.md) - [Stroopwafel Ice Cream Sandwiches](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/stroopwafel-ice-cream-sandwich.md) - [Ice Cream-Inspired Cookies](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/chips-ahoy-chewy-ice-cream-sandwich.md) - [Frozen Dessert Sandwiches](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cookie-dough-ice-cream-sandwich.md)
