I've grown up in a house filled (unfortunately) with plants. Oftentimes these plants tip over and spill all over the ground, leaving a dirty mess to pick up. I hate cleaning up dirty messes. The Wally Hanging Garden is the perfect way to [keep plants indoors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/plantafrom-smart-indoor-garden) without worrying about an accidental mess. The Wally features [built-in moisture protection](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hemisphere) to keep the wetness in, and it is made from 90% plastic bottles. Brilliant! An [eco-friendly potted plant alternative](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/balconyfarm-pot) is a win in my book. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.9/10 - Popularity: 30% | Activity: 78% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 10% men, 90% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Eco](https://www.trendhunter.com/eco) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Eco-friendly Gardening:** Wall-mounted plant pouches like the Wally Hanging Garden offer an eco-friendly alternative to potted plants by being made from 90% plastic bottles. - **Indoor Plant Decor:** The Wally Hanging Garden provides a mess-free solution for bringing plants indoors, making it a trend in indoor plant decor. - **Smart Plant Containers:** The Wally Hanging Garden's built-in moisture protection highlights the trend of incorporating smart features into plant containers. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Home Decor:** The Wally Hanging Garden taps into the home decor industry by offering a stylish and functional solution for indoor plant arrangements. - **Sustainable Packaging:** With its use of 90% plastic bottles, the Wally Hanging Garden aligns with the trend of sustainable packaging solutions in the industry. - **Urban Gardening:** Wall-mounted plant pouches like the Wally Hanging Garden cater to the growing demand for urban gardening solutions, making it a trend in the industry. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Wall-Mounted Hydroponic Gardens](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hydroartpod.md) - [Mini Mess-Free Garden Units](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hydroponics-garden.md) - [Artsy Hanging Plants](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wooden-air-plant-mobile.md) - [Uniquely Shaped Self-Watering Pots](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/self-watering-plant-house.md) - [Building Block Wall Organizers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wall-organizer-and-messfree-planter.md) - [Four-in-One Herb Planters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/harry-herbs-indoor-herb-garden.md) - [Smart Indoor Hydroponics Gardens](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/smart-modular-indoor-hydroponics-garden-grow-vegetables-and-herbs-automatic.md) - [Futuristic Self-Watering Planters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-klaustrafloria.md) - [Self-Watering Desk Planters](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/posha.md)
