# Wall-Mounted Home Hubs ADT Adds Apple HomeView Installation Across Most U.S. Areas By Amy Duong | Written with AI assistance | Published 2026-10-14 | Tech Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wall-mounted-home-hubs References: [macrumors](https://www.macrumors.com/2026/10/13/adt-apple-homeview-installation) ADT is bringing professional in-home installation to Apple's [wall-mounted HomeView](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/loma-home), giving U.S. buyers a built-in setup option instead of handling the mount themselves. The service also extends to eligible Apple Home Collection gear and other [smart-home accessories](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/Integrated-home-services) in most U.S. areas, with availability starting this fall. HomeView's wall version keeps the tabletop model's 7-inch screen, so buyers do not trade visibility for a cleaner fixed placement. It is priced at $299 in the U.S., matching the tabletop option and making installation the main choice rather than a jump in hardware. [ADT installation](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/rokus-new-updates) in most U.S. areas turns Apple's smart-home hardware into a service-backed purchase, not just a boxed device. That widens HomeView's reach to buyers who want connected-home gear without taking on wall work themselves or finding a separate installer.
