The [circular neon lights](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/caleide) run through these marble bases, emitting a unique glow from the solid frames. The semi-transparency of the natural stone highlights the uniqueness of each base in a manner that can't be replicated. This lighting series would appeal to those looking for an artistic yet functional addition to their home. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.8/10 - Popularity: 63% | Activity: 73% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Marble Lighting:** Disruptive Innovation Opportunity: Exploring new ways to combine unconventional materials with lighting design, such as merging marble with neon rings. - **Whimsical Light Fixtures:** Disruptive Innovation Opportunity: Designing light fixtures that serve as both functional lighting elements and sculptural artworks to add a touch of whimsy to interior design. - **Manipulation of Light Paths:** Disruptive Innovation Opportunity: Experimenting with the use of circular neon lights to create unique and mesmerizing patterns and effects in lighting design. ### Who This Affects Most - **Interior Design:** Disruptive Innovation Opportunity: Incorporating unconventional materials and designs, like the combination of marble and neon rings, into interior spaces to create eye-catching and distinctive lighting fixtures. - **Art and Sculpture:** Disruptive Innovation Opportunity: Exploring the intersection of art and functional lighting by creating sculptural light fixtures that showcase creativity and individuality. - **Home Decor:** Disruptive Innovation Opportunity: Offering consumers artistic and unique lighting options that go beyond traditional designs, allowing for personal expression and differentiation in home decor. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Adaptive Marble Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/emit.md) - [Stone-Inspired Lighting Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/stone-collection.md) - [Moon-Inspired Column Lights](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/column-lights.md) - [Modern Marble Waste Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sole-lamp.md) - [Luxurious Futuristic Table Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/futuristic-table-lamp.md) - [Street Light-Inspired Floor Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/standing-lamp-marble.md) - [Illuminating Stone-Made Table Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nau-design.md) - [Geometric Bar-Like Lighting](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/empyrean.md) - [Artfully Liquid-Like Light Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cairn-lamp.md)
