Effortlessly elegant, model Frida Gustavsson embraces her ladylike persona in the Vogue Japan August 2012 editorial without compromising her youthful energy. Shot in studio against simple white, grey and brown backdrops, the photoshoot allows not only the fashion to stand out, but also her playful personality. From fun poses to teasing expressions, Gustavsson nevertheless remains as refined and demure as ever.
Shot by photographer Victor Demarchelier, the son of world renowned photographer Patrick Demarchelier, the Vogue Japan August 2012 editorial was styled by Aurora Sansone. She outfitted the Swedish beauty in a prim and proper wardrobe featuring the likes of Valentino, Max Mara, Givenchy and Salvatore Ferragamo. On beauty duty was hairstylist David Von Cannon who offered classic curls while makeup artist Alice Lane played with pastel eyeshadows.
