# Foldable Display Keyboard Slabs VitaLink Combines a 13-Inch Touchscreen and Keyboard in a Device By Amy Duong | Published 2026-04-18 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vitalink References: [kickstarter](https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/vitalink/vitalink-20mm-thin-180-foldable-keyboard-and-4k-touchscreen?ref=6vfv7y) VitaLink foldable display is a portable workstation concept that merges a full-size keyboard with a 13-inch ultra-wide touchscreen into one continuous form. The VitaLink foldable display places a 3840 by 1600 resolution panel directly above the keyboard, creating a compact laptop-like layout that connects to external devices via USB-C. The screen supports 10-point touch interaction and 100 percent sRGB color coverage, allowing users to manage multiple applications side by side within a 2.4:1 format. A 180-degree hinge enables the device to open flat or fold down into a 20mm slab for transport. The aluminum enclosure is CNC-machined with a frosted anodized finish, providing structural rigidity while maintaining a slim profile. The keyboard uses scissor-switch keys with 0.8mm travel and widened spacing to support extended typing sessions. Dual USB-C ports handle power, data, and display output through a single cable, with compatibility across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android devices.
