Key differences between the original ‘Viper’ and the new V2 include a new thumb button for right-handed players and a new USB-C connector. The lightweight ‘Viper V2 Pro’ features a ‘[Focus Pro](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/razer-deathadder-v3-pro) 30K’ optical sensor, offering a greater sensitivity of up to 30,000 DPI, and greater speed. Razer claims its ‘Optical Gen-3’ switches can last up to 90 million clicks, a 20 million increase from the ‘Viper.’ The newer edition also lasts up to 80 hours between charges, which is a 10-hour increase from the previous model. The shape of the mouse fits most grips and may prove to be the perfect addition to a competitive gamer’s setup. Razer looks to be on top of the game when it comes to lightweight gaming peripherals.
