Additionally, Rimowa joined with French musician Renaud Capuçon who used the violin case when going to his major performance that occurred in New York City. GEWA assisted in the project by constructing the interior of the violin case while Rimowa worked on the exterior. The interior consists of GEWA’s neck pad system with hand-finished microfiber. As for the exterior, it contains Rimowa’s signature aluminum design that comes with two TSA-approved locks and a shoulder strap. The violin case is made in a silver colorway, which fits with many other inventories in Rimowa's selection.
