The architects collaborated with Swiss steel company Tuchschmid in order to create the [folded bronze leafs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wild-house) that swathe the house. The finished product leaves the home an autumn palette and vibe all year round; not to mention the super-cool raised texture. As for the homes interior? It’s all luxury, boasting two terraces, a gym, pool and indoor pool. The dining room features an equally-as-distinctive [massive chandelier light fixture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/iside-home). Squire and Partners have created a unique twist that gives this already amazing home an added edge that begs for a double take. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.5/10 - Popularity: 19% | Activity: 17% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Vine-covered Architecture:** The trend for vine-covered exteriors of buildings presents an opportunity for architecture and design firms to develop sustainable and low-maintenance solutions. - **Luxurious Interior Design:** The trend for luxury in the interiors of homes presents an opportunity for architects and designers to incorporate unique and eye-catching features into their designs. - **Texture in Design:** The use of textures in exterior and interior design presents an opportunity for architects and designers to create visually appealing spaces that are both tactile and artistic. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Architecture:** The architecture industry has the opportunity to develop sustainable and low-maintenance solutions for vine-covered exteriors while incorporating eye-catching features and textures into designs. - **Interior Design:** The interior design industry has the opportunity to create luxurious spaces with unique and eye-catching features that incorporate textures and add an extra edge to the design. - **Materials and Manufacturing:** The materials and manufacturing industry has the opportunity to create and produce innovative and sustainable materials that are durable and low-maintenance for use in architectural and design projects. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Plant-Covered Concrete Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/villa-kd45.md) - [Living Landscape Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hedge-and-arbour-house.md) - [Window-Accented Garden Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/verdant-house.md) - [Plant-Filled Latticed Buildings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/touching-eden-house.md) - [Interwoven Nature Screen Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/woven-house.md) - [Green Zinc Paneling Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/folded-house-1.md) - [Leaf-Inspired Countryside Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/leaf-house-1.md) - [Footbridge-Inspired Hillside Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/villa-sidonius.md) - [Meadow-Overlooking Sleek Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/studioac-1.md)
